Zina Bensaid
Dubai, UAEZina Bensaid advises regional and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters across the UAE. Her practice includes corporate structuring, company formations in mainland UAE, DIFC and other free zones, corporate governance and ongoing regulatory compliance.
She regularly assists clients with the establishment of operating platforms, investment structuring and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, supporting businesses at various stages of their growth and expansion in the region.
Zina has developed experience in technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) matters, including digital business models, technology driven transactions and data protection considerations. She advises clients operating in regulated and innovation-focused sectors, particularly within the digital economy.
Prior to joining the firm, Zina gained experience at law firms in Paris, where she worked on corporate and technology-related matters.
Zina was admitted to the New York Bar in 2025.
She speaks English, French and Arabic.
